The menu, which changes regularly, features fresh, local, organic and seasonal produce. The dishes feature Camargue bulls and responsibly caught seafood from Grau-du-Roi, as well as Italian and Mediterranean dishes. On the sweet side, classics revisited in the Petit Louis style and Julien's creations will delight every palate.
